It's hard to believe that people actually refer to Spencer Pratt as a celebrity. Now legally they may call him "King". Spencer Pratt, aka douche bag of "The Hills" and fame-whoring husband of Heidi Montag is legally changing his name to "King Spencer Pratt".

“I’ve decided since there is a Queen of England and a Prince William that there should be a king of America” Pratt tells Us Weekly.

He just keeps coming up with ways to stay in the tabloids. He's is smart in that sense.
