Stephanie Pratt was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at 3:45 a.m. PDT in Hollywood, Calif. After a night out for her sister-in-law, Heidi Montag's 26th birthday at Empire Nightclub, "The Hills" star was pulled over by LAPD and taken into custody with bail set at $5,000.
