As reported previously, Fashion muse Camilla Belle looked stunning in this Marchesa Spring 2010 feathered frock at an event in LA. Less than two weeks later, Katy Perry worked the same dress at the EMA's on Nov.4. pairing it with sequined pumps. Though both look fresh and fashionable, Camilla steals the crown.
